We want you to love your Marshmalloo products as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns and refund policy.

60-Night Sleep Trial

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Product must be clean, undamaged, and in an unsoiled condition.
  • Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is necessary for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at returns@marshmalloo.com with your order details.
  • Ship the pillow back in the original Marshmalloo box. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We’re confident you’ll love Marshmalloo, but if you’re not satisfied, you can return your pillow within 60 nights of delivery. No questions asked!

Damaged or
Defective Items

Oops! If your Marshmalloo product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Contact us at support@marshmalloo.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Returns are limited to purchases made directly through the Marshmalloo website.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer, following their return policy.
