The Marshmalloo story
About two years ago, my parents were working on a new pillow design for their company and brought home a bunch of materials to sort through. They had a huge pile of reject materials, so I asked if I could have some.
I combined them over and over until I made a pillow that I liked. I didn’t think much of it until months later, when my friends started asking for it at sleepovers, and their dads were calling my dad to ask for one as they wouldn't stop talking about it. My parents asked me to bring it to them, and said it was the softest pillow they ever felt (and more comfortable than any of their pillows!). Because it's so squishy-soft I called it my ‘Marshmallow pillow,’ and that's how Marshmalloo was born!

If the pillow isn’t right for you, email us at returns@marshmalloo.com before the 7-night trial ends. We’ll cancel the hold on your card and provide instructions for returning the pillow.
Do I need to pay for shipping during the trial?
Shipping to you is free, but if you decide to return the pillow, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
What condition does the pillow need to be in for a return?
The pillow must be clean, undamaged, and in an unsoiled condition to be eligible for a return. We recommend using the included Marshmalloo travel bag for extra protection during return shipping.
What if my pillow arrives damaged or defective?
If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at returns@marshmalloo.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem at no cost to you.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive and inspect the returned pillow, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Can I still return the pillow after the 7-night trial?
Yes! In addition to the 7-night Free Trial, you’re covered by our 60-night return policy. If you decide to return the pillow within 60 nights of delivery, follow the same return process.
What if I lose the Marshmalloo travel bag?
No problem! You can return the pillow without the travel bag as long as it’s packed securely and arrives clean and undamaged.
